Where is the best place to vacation in Florida?

Me, my husband, and our two friends are planning a trip to Florida in the beginning of August. We are trying to figure out where to go. The places we have considered are panama city, destin, and pensacola. We are looking for some relaxing on the beach, good restaurants, bars/nightclubs, and good shopping.
