What is the best Caribbean island to vacation on?

The main things we’re looking for are beauty, romance, fun, and good snorkeling. We also love a spectacular sunset. We’d like to not spend too much money, but if we must spend a lot for the best, we’re willing to do it. Also, we can only go after Christmas, or in the summer.
