What is best career for getting vacation time?

I don’t like it here in america. there is no vacation time at these jobs. i’d like to travel overseas, but that is almost impossible in america. 2 weeks isn’t really enough. so i’m thinking about careers where i can get at least 4 weeks vacation time a year. do temp agencies allow generous vacation time? i’m worried, though, that they don’t pay very well.
